We partner with revenue-generating, growth-focused companies across the globe — primarily tech-enabled and commercially proven businesses that benefit from operator-led scaling and operational improvements.

What makes Griyot different from an agency, a VC, or a traditional private equity firm?
We’re an operator-investor hybrid.
Unlike agencies we do the work (we run the execution and implementation, undertake in-depth expert analysis, handle ops etc.), unlike VCs we provide hands-on operational execution and often deploy flexible capital, and unlike traditional PE we’re built to move quickly, use modern playbooks (AI + repeatable systems) and structure deals that preserve founder agency.
In short: strategy → execution → flexible capital — all from one team.
How much do your services cost? (What should I budget?)
It depends on the service.
Pricing is tailored to each business. Every price we present is calculated per company to reflect its stage, revenue profile, operational complexity and the real resources required to deliver outcomes.
We always state pricing upfront in the proposal.
Do you work with individuals or only leadership teams? Do you only work with founders?
Both — but roles matter.
Primary relationship: we prefer to contract with the founder or the company (CEO/MD). Founder alignment makes fast decisions and unlocks access.
Day-to-day contact: can be a founder, a COO, a Head of Growth or a designated project lead — we need one reliable day-to-day approver.
Leadership work: we regularly work directly with leadership teams (workshops, board advisory, hiring scorecards). For our higher-touch packages, we require executive team buy-in.
Individuals / coaches: we also offer 1:1 founder coaching and playbook subscriptions for solo founders. We do not work with purely passive investors or entities that cannot provide operational access and decision rights.
How quickly will I see results if we work together?
Expect measurable signals fast — most pilots produce directional results in 2–4 weeks and clear proof of concept in 30–90 days. Our typical productized pilot is a 90-Day Growth Sprint specifically designed to surface the highest-impact “plugs” and produce a validated path to scale. Timing and magnitude depend on your baseline data, traffic, and cooperation.
Is my data and IP safe — how do you use AI with my data?
We work with growth-stage startups, scaling teams, and established companies across sectors like tech, finance, media, and professional services. If you're building toward clarity, structure, and scale, we’re built for you.
What do you need from me to get started?
Fast access and decisions. Practically: We eventually would require admin or read access to analytics, ad accounts (Meta/Google) or exports, and a named day-to-day contact who can approve creative and small experiments. We also might need product assets (images/copy), basic financials (3 months revenue/export), and commitment to a weekly 15-minute sync.
These are just nice-to-haves, and you can book a call/reach out to us anytime without any of these things readily available.
How do you measure success — and do you offer guarantees?
Success is always a primary KPI agreed at kickoff (e.g., paid enrollments, MRR uplift, conversion rate). We build attribution rules up front, run controlled experiments, and report weekly. We do not offer blanket “money-back” guarantees, but we do offer conservative remediation clauses (discounts or no-cost extensions) when failure is due to our execution — and we clearly document cooperation and access requirements that must be met for guarantees to apply.
